This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit adaptivly.io (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us.
1) Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details (name, email, phone, company, message) when you submit our contact form or book a meeting.
- Information about your business (current marketing solutions, target budget, etc.) when you complete a questionnaire to provide us with more details about your goals.
Information collected automatically
- Device/usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, SDKs) used for analytics, site performance, and (if enabled) advertising/retargeting.
Information from service providers
- Website & form host processes form submissions and basic site analytics.
- Optional tools we may add: analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising pixels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pipedrive), customer support/chat tools, meeting schedulers (e.g., Calendly), and cloud providers. These act as our processors/service providers.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
2) How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site (including debugging, analytics, and performance).
- Market our services (e.g., audience measurement, ad reach, retargeting where allowed).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3) How we share information
We share personal information with:
- Service providers/Processors who host the Site, process forms, provide analytics, advertising, CRM, email delivery, meeting scheduling, security and performance. They are bound by contract to use data only to provide services to us.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting), and authorities if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws define “sale” or “share” to include certain advertising or analytics uses. Where applicable, we’ll honor your opt-out choices for targeted advertising and “selling/sharing” as defined by those laws (see Your Rights & Choices below).
4) Cookies & tracking
We (and our providers) use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, understand usage, and (if enabled) measure and improve our marketing.
- Essential cookies: needed for the Site to function.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand traffic and usage (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Advertising pixels: measure campaigns and build audiences for ads on other platforms.
Your controls: You can manage cookies via your browser settings. If we deploy a cookie banner in your region, you’ll be able to Accept, Reject, or Customize non-essential cookies.
5) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical examples:
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Analytics data: retained per the provider’s default window.
6) International transfers
We may store and process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- US state privacy laws (e.g., CA/CO/CT/UT/VA): You may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, and sale/share (as defined by law). We will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.
- Exercise your rights: Email privacy@adaptivly.io with your request. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agent requests will be honored as applicable.
Do Not Track: We don’t respond to all DNT signals; we do honor GPC where required.
9) Third-party links and embedded content
The Site may include links or embeds (e.g., social posts, videos, maps). Those third parties may set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.
10) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll update the Effective date above and, if changes are material, we’ll provide a more prominent notice.
